
I am quite frustrated with myself that I missed several days of updating, I also missed workouts this past week (well except Wednesday). However I cleaned out our storage and that took a large part of my weekend and had two exams this week. I am cooking pinto beans and rice for lunches and Greek salads for supper this week. I will take some “cooked” photos tonight and post them tomorrow. I just totally forgot again this weekend!
Attached is my first vlog post. I hope it isn’t too silly. I weighed in today for Biggest Loser and I am down 2-lbs by their scale (210-lbs at home 207-lbs on the work scale).
Currently one member lost 5-lbs, one gained a pound, and everyone else lost either 2-lbs or 1-lb.
I will be presenting an informative post tomorrow so stay tuned!
